Dilbert Does Usability

Even Dilbert thinks about usability ...

"I try not to, but every once in a while I have to link out to something. Today's Dilbert comic has a little something to say about usability.

Unfortunately, this is a view shared by too many IT professionals (including usability specialists): that their area of expertise is the only one of value and takes priority. You can't run a site without infrastructure, the infrastructure's useless without something to run on it, usability is pointless if no one comes to your site, and the infrastructure and marketing will be a waste of money if you can't sell anything due to lousy usability. One of these days, we network engineers, security specialists, designers, marketers, SEOs, and usability folks need to wake up and realize we all need each other."    (Continued via User Effect)    [Usability Resources]
